Krazy King (KC7LOX) here.  This is for the whole group but especially for Matt, Bob, and Dave M.  I am thinking about running the ARES Net on Aug 1<span><sup>st</sup> as a GMRS net and Aug 8<span><sup>th</sup> as an FRS net.  </span></span></div>

In an emergency, I think these systems will be very active.  I know there is a repeater or two for GMRS but with FRS we will have to have area NCSs.  I don't know how far the two systems will reach and that is one of the efforts of the effort.  </div>
